The app — available to download here — gives users the flexibility to respond to messages when they’re on the go, not just when they’re in the office.
So it’s now possible to add notes, change channels and view past conversations with a contact, all from the comfort of your own Android device. Saved replies are available too, enabling any user to quickly respond to students with a few taps.
